Refund Policy
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, please use our contact form or email us at info@cuethetea.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process. To ensure accurate processing, please include your order number in the contact form or in your email subject line.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original sealed packaging. Tea blends and products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition will not be eligible for a return. Damaged in transit items are still eligible for return.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days. (Note: This refund time is generalized and all payment processors process refunds at different speeds.)

If rejected, we will provide a detailed explanation of the decision.
If you haven’t received a refund within the specified period, please check the account, transactions, or statement of your original payment method again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@cuethetea.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be returned. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items incorrectly shipped or items that are unopened. If you need a different product, please follow the return process or contact us for help.
Shipping costs
Unless we have made an error or your parcel was lost or damaged in transit, shipping costs are non-refundable. Outside of the aforementioned situations, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@cuethetea.com. We will do our best to rectify the issue and send you a replacement.
