Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving order confirmation.

Due to rapid changes in inventory levels and some large quantity orders, inventory may go out of stock. When this happens, we may ship the remainder of the order, or hold the order while we ask if you would like to substitute the out-of-stock item for a different product or if you would like a refund.

Shipping Times

  • Standard Orders:

    • Standard orders ship from the warehouse within 2-3 business days after an order is placed.

    • Canada: You can expect delivery between 3-7 business days.

    • Continental United States: You can expect delivery between 5-12 business days.

  • Express Orders:

    • Canada: Orders shipping via 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air ship the same business day if placed by 12:00 Noon PM ET.

    • Continental United States: USPS expedited will take between 3-5 business days.

  • Holiday Orders:

    • ​There may be delays during Black Friday and December holidays due to courier volumes. Please allow ample time to ensure your holiday purchases arrive on time. Any Holiday gift sets or holiday products will have a "purchase by" date to ensure it arrives on time. If this date has passed but you would still like us to try and ship holiday items to you before a certain day, please let us know and we will try our best to make it happen!

Shipping Rates

We ship across Canada and the US.  Free Standard shipping on all orders of $49+. Order subtotal is calculated excluding taxes and applied promotion discounts. Orders below $59 will be subject to an additional flat-rate shipping fee. Restrictions may apply. Offer may end at Cue The Tea's discretion.
