If your order has not yet been shipped out we may be able to modify your order. If you don't want to wait for us to reply to a contact form, you may request an order cancellation and simply re-order with a new cart.
If an order has been shipped out we are unable to cancel it. You do have a few options:
1) Reject the delivery at the door.
Once the parcel returns back to us you'll be refunded by our returns team.
2) Request a return.
Any unopened product may be returned to us for a refund. You may return it by shipping it back to us or we can send you a return label. Return shipping will be deducted from your refund if the return is not due to an error in picking/packing or damage to the product.
We may have sent your order in multiple shipments. To verify, please check the shipping confirmation email and the packing slip included in the parcel. The packing slip will confirm which items you can expect to find inside.
If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@cuethetea.com within 30 days of receiving your package. We will do our best to find a solution as quickly as possible.
If your item is damaged, please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of receiving your package. Please include your order number, a photo of the damaged product, and any other helpful details. We will do what we can to find the best solution for you!
