All our partners are CFIA, USDA, EU, and COR certified organic food handlers, or working with organically certified suppliers or manufacturers.
Adhering to the organic guidelines indicates that there will be no use of pesticides, petroleum-based or sewage-sludge-based fertilizers in your teas.
Compostable & Plant-based Material
The pyramid tea bags used by our partners are made from a plant-based material called PLA (Polylactic Acid). It is produced from the starches of corn, sugar cane, and cassava. They are also commercially compostable and biodegradable.
